Add Network Printer

  • On your Mac, click the Gig'Em Thumb (Support Hub) button in the top right
    • Alternatively, open Launchpad and find the Self-Service+ Hub
  • In the self-service+ hub, click the Catalog tab on the left-hand sidebar to open the catalog folder.
  • Click Printers from the list which will list all the printers we have in PVFA.
  • Locate the one you wish to add and click the Install button
  • The printer will be installed and available for use after a few minutes

Only Texas A&M managed network printers will be added to the self service hub. Office printers will need to be installed manually.
